Team Gender

Nepean Football Association offeres competitions in the following gender formats.

• Female Only

• Male Only

• Mixed

 Female only competitions are run from U5 to All Age

Male only competitions are run from U13s through to Premier League

U5 to U12 competitions that are not female only are deemed to be mixed gender competitions

U5 - U6 - U7

Only 4 players required to form a team. Register 4 friends together or register individually! Players can register in mixed or female teams

Small sided games with four players on the field, no goal keeper and modified rules. This is a Non-competition format with a minimum of 4 players and a maximum of 7 players per team. Games are played on Saturday mornings

U8 - U9

Small sided games with seven players on the field with a goal keeper and modified rules. This is a non-competition format with a minimum of 7 players and a maximum of 11 players per team. Games are played on Saturday mornings. Players can register in mixed or female teams

U10 - U11

Nine players on a 1/2 sized field with a goal keeper with a maximum of 14 registered players per team. This is non-competition format. Games are played on Saturday mornings. Players can register in mixed or female teams

U12 - U18

Competition football with FIFA rules. U12 to U16 are played on Saturdays. U18s games are played on Sundays. in U12's, Players can register in mixed or female teams. U13 - U18 format has male teams and female teams available.

All Age

Competition football with FIFA rules. Games are played on Sundays. Mens and ladies teams available. Players are eligible to join an all age team after thy have reached their 16th birthday.

Premier League

Competition football with FIFA rules. Squads are comprised of two teams, 1st and reserve grade. Players are interchangeable between squads. Games are played on Sundays with Reserve grade at 1pm and 1st grade at 3pm. Mens teams only. Players are eligible to join a Premier League squad after thy have reached their 16th birthday.

Over 35's

Competition football with FIFA rules. O35s has a Friday night and a Sunday competition available. Players are eligible to join an O35's team after they have reached their 35th birthday.
